Position: IT Project Manager Responsabilities: Lead and ensure the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget). Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, architects, etc.) and ensure resource availability. Develop and track a detailed project plan using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as needed. Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality IT solutions aligned with business requirements. Manage relationships with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors, senior management). Implement effective risk management strategies to anticipate and resolve technical or organizational issues. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (technical specifications, progress reports, post-mortem analyses). Guide and mentor project team members in adopting best practices for IT project management. Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree in Management or Business 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project Management Strong leadership skills Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment Proactivity Autonomy Languages: Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English, Dutch is an asset What we offer: Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
